Repair and/or installation of all types of masonry including, but not limited to, brick, stone, limestone, brownstone, marble, etc. Pointing, washing and sealing of all types of masonry surfaces. Use of masonry saws and grinders, scaffolds and ladders. Set up, move and take down of any required tools, equipment and materials related to the masonry trade. Maintain and wear any required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
This position reports to the Project Superintendent.
This position would occasionally require the assistance of a Mason Tender and/or Laborer. At those times those positions would report to the Mason.
This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits including six paid holidays, health, dental, and life insurance, short-term disability insurance, sick time, paid vacation time, and a retirement plan with profit sharing.
Salary range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
