At Kronenberger & Sons Restoration, one of our core values is preserving our architectural history. Our Middletown, Connecticut window shop is devoted to the restoration of windows and doors. Our talented team of craftspeople in the shop specialize in bringing old wood windows back to life. We are fully equipped to remove lead-based paint, asbestos, and PCB containing materials in an environmentally safe manner. Our carpenters complete all the necessary woodwork repairs, including epoxy consolidation, full component replacement, glass, priming, glazing, and painting. We also reproduce any architectural millwork necessary to complete restorations. Having a shop dedicated to window and door restoration allows us to maintain every significant detail to ensure historic accuracy and proper restoration on every window and door that passes through our shop.
