For as long as we have been construction managers, we have specialized in the preservation of historical buildings. This experience and expertise lends itself naturally to project consulting. We are happy to serve as historic consultants, utilizing our extensive knowledge of old structures to help partners and other contractors when they need advice. We can easily perform unobtrusive forensic investigations and exploratory evaluations to determine the next steps in your building project based on existing conditions.
